If you are suffering from acidity; drink a glass of water with a piece of jaggery dissolved in it; after meals.
Do not skip meals. Skipping meals can lead to out-of-control hunger; often resulting in overeating. When you are very hungry; its also tempting to forget about good nutrition. Snacks between meals can help curb hunger; but dont eat so much that your snack becomes an entire meal.
Give a gap of at least 30 to 45 Minutes between meals and water drinking. This helps in good digestion of food.
